What? This is a grantsmanship workshop targeted at early career researchers working on population health research, anywhere within UCL.
The UCL Populations and Lifelong Health Domain workshop will include speakers from the UCL finance and research facilitation teams, funders, and academics talking about their experiences of applying for grants. There will be opportunities for questions and informal discussions about funding applications.
There will be an optional follow-up workshop for which attendees will be asked to submit and present a brief outline proposal for review by expert mentors and peers.
Why should I go? By the end of the workshop attendees will have an understanding of factors to consider when developing grant proposals.
